Remove lock rings from both ends of an axis and liberate plugs from arms. Before installation it is necessary to grease new plugs with universal greasing of type Litol 24 or G000062. Track correctness of landing in the flutes of lock rings.

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a coupling pedal.
2. Release a clamp and liberate from a pedal a tip of fastening of a rod of a pusher of the servo-driver of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
3. Unhook from a pedal a returnable spring.
4. Take the axial plug and remove a pedal from a basic arm (together with a returnable spring).
5. Check up a pedal on presence of wear tracks or mechanical damages. It is necessary to give special attention to a condition of the axial plug. Defective components replace.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease a nest in pedals, the axial plug and a tip of fastening of a rod of a pusher with universal greasing of type Litol 24 or G000062
2. In the correct image connect to a pedal a returnable spring. Having tracked correctness of gearing in a pedal of a rod of a pusher of the servo-driver of the vacuum amplifier of brakes, plant on the regular place the axial plug.
3. Level a pedal concerning a pusher and fill into place a fixing tip. Fix a tip a clamp, having tracked correctness of landing of the last in the flute.
4. Connect a returnable spring to a pedal. Before installation of a pedal of coupling make sure in испрвности functioning of a foot brake.
