Replacement of spherical support of the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

At car assemblage spherical support приклепываются to the bottom levers of a suspension bracket. In the course of service of the car of a rivet are replaced болтовым with fixture.

1. Remove the bottom lever of a suspension bracket (see Has undressed Removal, major repairs and installation of the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket).
2. Clamp the lever in a vice and drill heads of rivets of fastening on it of a spherical support. Выколоткой push out cores of rivets and remove a support from the lever.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish on the lever a new spherical support, from above insert into apertures from under rivets fixing bolts. Screw nuts and tighten them with demanded effort.
2. Establish the bottom lever on the car (see Has undressed Removal, major repairs and installation of the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket).
