Removal and installation of doors

REMOVAL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

2. If the door is equipped by electric components, remove from it the panel of an internal upholstery (see Has undressed Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of doors). Accurately separate from a door inside изоляционную a film, then disunite sockets liberate electroconducting from intermediate clamps...

... Liberate a rubber protective cover from a forward face wall of a door, then take electroconducting from a frame.

3. Give a nut of an axial bolt of fastening to a door of the terminator of opening. Take a bolt. Further operate according to the instructions resulted in corresponding subsection.

Forward door

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Ask the assistant to take a door, then by means of a hammer and approaching выколотки beat out loopy fingers. Try not to bend fingers in the course of their extraction from loops. Otherwise at assemblage it will be necessary to replace them.

2. Having taken out fingers of both loops, remove a door from the car.

3. Check up loops on presence of signs of deterioration and mechanical damages. In need of replacement mark position of a loopy lath on a rack, then turn out a fixing bolt and remove a loop together with an adjusting washer (ами) (if those are established). Replace a defective loop together with a washer (ами) and achieve alignment of its position concerning the labels put in the course of dismantle. Screw a fixing bolt and tighten it with demanded effort.

Back door

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. A marker lead round each of loopy laths on a car body. Ask the assistant to take a door and turn out bolts of fastening of loops.

2. Remove a door from the car, then remove established between loops and a body adjusting washers (if those are provided).
3. Check up loops on presence of signs of deterioration and mechanical damages. In need of replacement accurately beat out loopy fingers. Grease new fingers with universal greasing, establish loops on a door, then fill in them fingers. A hammer hammer in fingers into loops and make sure in испрвности rotations of the last. Only after that start door installation on the car.

INSTALLATION

Forward door

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease loopy fingers with universal greasing, then get a door on the regular place on the car. Establish fingers, reliably having begun to knock them in loops.

2. Level the terminator on the arm, then grease an axial bolt with universal greasing, fill it in a nest and strongly tighten a nut.
3. At a corresponding complete set fill in a doorframe electroconducting and plant into place a protective cover. Track correctness of a lining of wires and reliability of their fastening in all provided intermediate clamps. Establish into place изоляционную a film and the panel of an internal upholstery of a door (see Has undressed Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of doors).
4. Check up correctness of installation of a door in кузовном an aperture, in case of need make corresponding updating, then connect a negative wire to the battery.

Back door

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. By means of the assistant get a door on the regular place and screw loopy bolts. Between loops and a body establish all provided adjusting washers. Level loops concerning the labels put in the course of dismantle, then tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort.
2. Execute the procedures described in paragraphs with 2 on 3 subsection Installation.

ADJUSTMENT

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Close a door and check up correctness of its placing in кузовном an aperture concerning surrounding panels. Insignificant updating of position of a door in an aperture can be executed by selection of adjusting washers established under loops. Having achieved satisfactory result, tighten bolts of fastening of loops with demanded effort.

On forward doors access to loopy bolts can be essentially facilitated at the expense of removal of the terminator of opening of a door.

2. Having finished adjustment, check up serviceability of operation of the lock. The drummer should enter densely into the lock and reliably be blocked by a latch. In case of need ослабьте fixing bolts also correct position of the drummer. Having achieved satisfactory result, tighten fixing screws with demanded effort.
