Keys

All models

Two keys approaching to all locks enter into a standard complete set of the car.

Leaving the car even for short time, do not forget to take out a key from the ignition lock!

On models, with the equipped lock the ware box in the complete set to the main keys delivers also a small key from a ware box.
The metal charm is attached to one of the main keys with identification number beaten out on it. Under given number in a case утери keys in the firm service-centre of company Skoda it is possible to order the new complete set.

The charm should be stored in a safe place, it is desirable out of the car. Do not forget to transfer a charm to the new owner in case of car resale.


The models equipped with anticreeping system

In the complete set two remote controls are applied on the models equipped with anticreeping system (ДУ) (), two ignition keys of special execution with the built in microchip of switching-off иммобилизатора the engine () and a metal plate with code number (). The description of a principle of functioning of anticreeping system is resulted in following subsection.

Anticreeping system and the uniform lock

Иммобилизатор the engine

The device can be included in structure of anticreeping system иммобилизации the engine, preventing possibility of its unapproved start by extraneous persons. In a head of the ignition key of the car equipped with such device the microchip with the set electronic code is built in. At introduction of a correct key in the ignition lock there is an activation of the block of engine management and start of the last becomes possible.
Rules of the reference with a key of this kind the same, as with standard keys (see above).

The uniform lock

By means of panel DU it is possible to unlock or lock simultaneously all four lateral doors of the car.

Activation of locks can be made:

- From the outside, by means of a key;
- From car salon, the button of deenergizing of the lock of the left or right forward door;
- By means of panel DU (in case of the models equipped with the anticreeping alarm system)

It is necessary to pay attention of readers to following moments:

By means of the button of deenergizing of the lock, located on a driver's door of the car it is possible to prevent undesirable lock-out of this door without key application;

Buttons of switching-off of locks of back doors do not activate functions of system of the uniform lock and serve only for blocking or отпускания latches of locks of corresponding doors.

By squeezing of the button of deenergizing of the lock driver's, or a forward passenger door blocking simultaneously all lateral doors of the car is made, therefore it is not necessary to leave in the car without supervision of children of younger age.


Blocking of doors allows to avoid their spontaneous opening in an emergency, and also interferes with violent penetration into salon of extraneous persons during a stop on a traffic light. On the other hand, lock-out of doors interferes with penetration into salon for the purpose of rendering of urgent medical aid at transport incidents.

Using the uniform lock, check visually serviceability of operation of locks by position of door buttons of deenergizing of locks.
Lock-out and unlocking of doors of the models equipped with system of the uniform lock and in addition equipped with the anticreeping alarm system can be made by means of a remote control (ДУ) by which activation or switching-off actually devices of the sound/light alarm system is simultaneously made also.

The system of the uniform lock is not intended for management of the lock of a door of a back/cover of a luggage space which can be unlocked or locked only outside by means of the main key (see more low).

The anticreeping alarm system

The anticreeping alarm system carries out a role of additional protection of the car from attempts of penetration into it of extraneous persons. The siren of the sound alarm system is established in the right part of an impellent compartment of the car, near to the battery. In car salon, at the left and to the right of an instrument guard, ultrasonic gauges are established. In the middle, in the bottom part of a windscreen the control block of system equipped with a light-emitting diode settles down.

The system traces following parametres of a vehicle:

- Internal space of salon;
- Condition of lateral doors;
- Condition of a door of a back;
- Condition of a cowl of an impellent compartment;
- Pressure of an onboard network.

Alarm system operation occurs:

- At attempt of opening of any of lateral doors;
- At attempt of opening of a door of a back;
- At attempt of opening of a cowl;
- In the presence of movement in internal volume of salon;
- At influence on the car blows or pushes;
- At inclusion of power-intensive consumers, for example at attempt of start of the engine;
- At attempt of dismantle of the antijoy ride device;
- At a detachment of the storage battery.

Operation of the sound alarm system (a siren duration till 25 seconds) is accompanied by a blinking of indexes of turns. If after 25 seconds repeated attempt of penetration into the car is undertaken, the alarm system will work again.

Activation of the anticreeping alarm system is carried out by means of the main switch of system operated the ignition key.

Necessity for switching-off of the alarm system by a key can arise in case of failure of the battery of panel DU, or at electric equipment repair.

At inclusion of the alarm system from panel DU there is an activation of control functions of system. Alarm system switching-off is made by repeated pressing the panel button.

Panel DU allows to make activation and switching-off of the anticreeping alarm system, and also unlocking and lock-out of the uniform lock from distance to 10 m.

Activation/switching-off of the anticreeping alarm system by lock-out/unlocking of doors by a key are not represented possible!

The main switch of anticreeping system

The main switch of system of the anticreeping alarm system is located on a lateral wall of the signalling device placed in a casing. Remove a protective cap from the lock of the device and make activation/switching-off of the alarm system by the ignition key. The system is activated in position of a key (2) and disconnected in position (1). The fact of activation of system proves to be true quadruple short-term operation of indexes of turns. Having disconnected system do not forget to put on the lock of the main switch a protective cap. The ignition key should be stored together with keys from car doors that in default panel DU there was a possibility of switching-off of the alarm system through the main switch of system.

Before a detachment of the storage battery it is necessary to disconnect anticreeping alarm systems. The main switch.

Remote control

The joint management of the anticreeping alarm system and the uniform lock is obviously possible only from panel DU.

Individuality of panel DU and the system receiver is provided with special coding of a frequency range. Possibility of operation of system from a remote control of other car is thus excluded.

As panel DU power supply two batteries are used. When the system starts to react on sent with the signal panel only on distance less than 3-metres, it is necessary to make change of batteries.

At 2-second squeezing of the button of panel DU there is the activation of the anticreeping alarm system accompanied by 4-fold operation of indexes of turns and a short double acoustic signal. The light-emitting diode of the control block of system simultaneously starts to blink.

If there was not locked one of lateral doors, a back door, or a cowl of an impellent compartment, indexes will work 4-time and the 8-fold acoustic signal will be distributed.

Definitive activation of anticreeping system occurs only later 25 seconds after performance manipulation to panel DU.

At keeping of the button of the panel pressed during about 2 seconds there is a switching-off of ultrasonic gauges that proves to be true a blinking of indexes of turns and a short-term acoustic signal. All other functions of system remain activated. After switching-off of ultrasonic gauges it is not necessary to keep longer the button of the panel pressed as thus there will be an inclusion of a mode "Panic" (see more low).

System switching-off is made short-term (about 1 second) by pressing panel DU button. Once indexes of turns Thus should blink and the unitary acoustic signal will be distributed. The light-emitting diode of the control block simultaneously ceases to blink.

After switching-off of the anticreeping alarm system the uniform lock can be activated by means of a key. If the light-emitting diode of the control block continues to blink after device switching-off (memory of alarm), it means that during car parking there was a system operation. Clearing of memory of the device occurs at ignition inclusion.


Alarm switching-off

At operation of the anticreeping alarm system system switching-off can be made by short-term (about 1 second) squeezings of the button of panel DU. Despite that the alarm system is thus disconnected, the system remains in the activated condition and for its conclusion from it it is necessary to press the button repeatedly.

Mode "Panic"

At the activated system of the anticreeping alarm system inclusion of a mode "Panic" in case of need can be made.

Press the button of panel DU and keep its pressed during nearby 5 seconds (has no value there are YOU in the car or outside). In mode activation there is a 15-second inclusion of an acoustic signal to simultaneous lock-out of all doors by the uniform lock.

Alarm system switching-off in a mode "Panic" is not obviously possible. Repeated operation of alarm can be made movement in salon, or the next 5-second squeezing of the button of the panel.

To leave a mode "Panic" it is necessary to make switching-off anticreeping system.

Outside both forward doors of the car can be unlocked and locked by means of a key. At unlocking of a door the button of deenergizing of the lock passes in the top position, at lock-out - falls downwards. Possibility of lock-out of a door outside by means of the button of deenergizing of the lock is not provided that allows to avoid забывания a key in the ignition lock.

Lock-out outside of back doors can be made by them захлопывания after squeezing of the button of deenergizing of the lock.

From within salon any of doors can be locked a way утапливания the corresponding button of deenergizing of the lock.

The device of blocking of opening of back doors

Locks of back doors of the car are equipped by the special adaptation providing passive safety of children being in salon. The adaptation is put in action by moving of a control lever to the bottom position. Thus door unlocking can be made only outside of the car.

The button of deenergizing of the lock should be lifted.

Unlocking and lock-out of a door of a back

The crack of the cylinder of the lock of the unlocked door of a back is in horizontal position (). To lock a back door it is necessary to translate a crack of the cylinder of its lock in vertical position ().

Having unlocked the lock, press the button of its deenergizing and lift a door. The door is kept in open position by two газонаполненными by an emphasis.

Closing of a door of a back is made by it захлопывания.

Possibility of unlocking of a door of a back from salon of the car by means of located to the left of a driver's seat a control lever is provided.

Having locked a back door, always check reliability of fixing of a latch for what the door should be pulled upwards. Leaky slammed door can spontaneously open during movement even at the closed lock. At all do not begin movement with leaky closed door of a back.


Folding back board of models the Pickup

For opening of a back board press the button in its top part. Hold a board before full lowering. Having closed a board, check reliability of fixing by its lock. Never begin movement at leaky closed board.

Before to open a back board of the car a Pickup equipped with the tjagovo-drawbar of type 317013, it is necessary to weaken a counternut and to remove a spherical head of a turnbuckle from the holder. If the car is equipped by the tjagovo-drawbar of type of TMV So-01 a spherical head of a turnbuckle it is necessary to develop downwards approximately on 110 mm.


The ignition lock


The ignition lock has four substantive provisions: STOP, 0, I and II.

Position “STOP”

In the given position of the lock ignition is switched off, the engine is muffled, and the device of blocking of a steering column is activated. To block a column it is possible a way поворачивания a steering wheel at the taken ignition key before click запорного devices.

Extraction of a key from the ignition lock can be made only after a full stop of the car. In order to avoid control loss over management as a result of operation of blocking of a wheel.

If after extraction of a key from the ignition lock there are included dimensional fires at opening of any of forward doors of the car works an alarm buzzer.


Position “0”

The ignition system is switched off, the engine is muffled, the device of blocking of a steering column is not activated.

If the key hardly turns in the lock in the given position, release the lock, short подворачиванием a steering wheel in both directions.

Position “I”

The ignition/preheat system is included. On an instrument guard light up a control lamp (see more low).

Position “II”

Engine start-up. At key turn in the given position there is a switching-off of head headlights and other power-intensive consumers of the electric power.
Simultaneously the starter joins. On an instrument guard the control lamp of level of a brake liquid (for the purpose of check of serviceability of its functioning) lights up. If start is not daring repeated attempt can is made only after return of a key to position “0”. Thereby conclusion possibility out of operation a starter is excluded at attempt to turn already started engine.
