Replacement of a brake liquid

The liquid used in a hydraulic contour of brake system, is extremely toxic and chemically aggressive. Try not to suppose hit of a brake liquid in eyes and on the painted surfaces кузовных panels. Besides, the brake liquid differs high hygroscopicity, its use after long storage in open container therefore is inadmissible. Excessive moisture content is capable to lower efficiency of braking appreciably.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The order of performance of procedure is similar described in the Head Brake system for prorolling of brake system, with that amendment that tank GTTS should be preliminary emptied by means of a syringe or a rubber pear.
2. Open the gate of prorolling of a support / the wheel cylinder of the first in the order of the brake mechanism (the Brake system see the Head), then several smooth pressing a pedal of a foot brake extort present in ГТЦ a brake liquid.
3. Add the tank to a mark the MOVE and repeat prorolling until the brake liquid will not be completely replaced (a fresh liquid should start to follow through the gate). Tighten the gate and again add the tank to the maximum mark.

The old brake liquid usually considerably is more dark on colour, than fresh, therefore during procedure performance there should not be special difficulties.

4. Repeat procedure serially for each of the remained supports / wheel cylinders - watch that liquid level in tank GTTS did not fall below mark MIN to avoidance подсасывания in air system that is capable to increase expenses of time and forces substantially.
5. On termination of procedure make sure of reliability of a tightening of gates of prorolling. Do not forget to put on gates protective caps. Collect all traces of the spilt brake liquid and once again check up level in tank GTTS.
6. Before to start car operation make sure of serviceability of functioning of brakes.
