Removal, installation and adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units

The general information

Depending on a model complete set the auxiliary belt is used for a drive from a pulley of a cranked shaft of such hinged units, as the generator, the water pump and the compressor of the conditioner of air.

On equipped К/В models the multicostal belt is equipped by the device of automatic adjustment of a tension. On other models the belt tension is regulated by generator moving.

At belt installation its tension should be should be properly adjusted for the purpose of a guarantee of serviceability of functioning of auxiliary units, and also for service life prolongation actually a belt.

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Park the car on an equal horizontal surface, whenever possible with a firm covering, cock a lay brake and prop up wedges back wheels. Release nuts of fastening of the right forward wheel.
2. Поддомкратьте redock of the car also establish it on props. Remove the right forward wheel.
3. Turn out fixing screws and uncover auxiliary drive a belt.


Models without air conditioner

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

On one-two turn release the top and bottom bolts of fastening of the generator, shift the generator back and remove ослабший a belt.


Models with air conditioner

Remove a belt from a generator pulley, then - from other pulleys. Try to remember a direction of rotation of a belt.

Installation of a belt and tension adjustment

At belt installation be guided on labels of a direction of its rotation.


Models without air conditioner

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Throw with a belt all provided pulleys. Track correctness of hit of edges of a belt in reciprocal streams of pulleys.
2. Loosen the top (an adjusting lath) and the bottom fixture of the generator. By hand tighten a nut and a bolt of an adjusting lath, having kept freedom of moving of the unit.
3. Delay the generator forward on the car, choosing thereby a belt weak point.

In case of need for generator displacement in demanded напрвлении it is possible to take advantage of the strong wooden lever.

4. It is possible to consider a belt tension correct when the size of its deflection at firm pressing by a thumb on a site in the middle between pulleys of the generator and the water pump makes 10 ÷ 15 mm.

5. Having finished adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt, tighten at first top (an adjusting lath), then the bottom fixture of the generator.

1. Put on a belt pulleys of a cranked shaft and the pump of the compressor of the conditioner of air. Track correctness of hit of edges of a belt in reciprocal streams of pulleys.
2. A rozhkovym key turn натяжитель a belt for the central nut, overcoming resistance of a spring.
3. Get a belt under a roller натяжителя, then throw with it other pulleys, having tracked correctness of landing of edges in streams.
4. At release натяжителя there will be an automatic tension of a belt.


All models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish into place a cover of an auxiliary belt. Strongly tighten fixing screws.
2. Establish the right forward wheel, and lower the car on the earth. Tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel with demanded effort.
