Removal and installation of a head of cylinders in gathering with the inlet pipeline and a final collector

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Result the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of a step of compression, then return a cranked shaft back on some degrees. For a guarantee of full safety composers of the present Management recommend to deduce pistons in an average part of their course. 3. Empty system of cooling and turn out spark plugs.
4. On models with the ignition distributor uncover the last together with connected to it ВВ wires (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
5. Remove an air cleaner with components of an inlet air path (the Power supply system see a corresponding Part of the Head). Remove a sleeve of giving of the warmed-up air from branch pipes of an air cleaner and a plate of a casing of a final collector.
6. Remove axis assemblage коромысел (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of assemblage of an axis коромысел).

7. Take bars of pushers and combine their order of an arrangement in a head - make of a cardboard the special, accurately marked template-rejku. Pay attention that bars of pushers of inlet valves are made of aluminium, for a drive of inlet valves steel bars are used.

8. The description of procedures of removal of a head in gathering with the inlet pipeline and a final collector is more low resulted. Nevertheless, composers of the present Management recommend to dismantle preliminary the pipeline and a collector (the Power supply system see a corresponding Part of the Head).
9. Disconnect from a final collector a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases (the Power supply system see the Head).

10. On engines with the central injection (SPFI) disconnect from the inlet pipeline/case of a throttle following wires and hoses (the Power supply system see the Head):

a) Hoses of giving and fuel return;
b) Electric sockets of the case of a throttle. Liberate electroconducting from intermediate clamps and take conducting aside;
c) the Cable of a drive throttle заслонки;
d) the Hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes;
e) the Hose (cooling systems;
f) the Hose of a purge of a coal adsorber;
g) Socket CTS;

h) At a corresponding complete set - a basic arm of a tube of sampling WITH.

11. On engines with the distributed injection (MPFI) disconnect from the inlet pipeline/case of a throttle following wires and hoses (the Power supply system see the Head):

a) Hoses of giving and fuel return;
b) the Vacuum hose from a regulator of pressure of fuel;
c) Electric sockets of the power supply system. Liberate electroconducting from intermediate clamps and take conducting aside;
d) the Electric socket of the gauge of temperature and pressure of soaked up air;
e) the Hose of a purge of a coal adsorber;
f) the Cable of a drive throttle заслонки;
g) the Hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes;.
h) Give a bolt of a basic rack in the right part of the inlet pipeline.

12. Disconnect from the thermostat case electric socket CTS and hoses.

13. Disunite sockets of electroconducting of a l-probe and from the Hall gauge...

. On models with SPFI both sockets are located on an arm fixed on the case of the thermostat - for liberation from an arm the socket tip should be shaken here and there. On models with MPFI the Hall gauge is disconnected in the top part картера РКПП, the l-probe socket is hardly behind and a little above. Both are developed by tips back.

14. On models without К/В release the top bolt of an adjusting lath of a support of the generator. Give fixture (a nut with a bolt) and remove an adjusting lath from an arm on a head of cylinders.

15. Operating in an order, the return described more low in the given Section, in stages release four nuts of a head of the cylinders, located along a first line of last. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove an arm of an adjusting lath of the generator (try to remember adjusting position of an arm). Continuing to operate in a former order, in stages (on 1 turn for the approach) ослабьте eight bolts of a head of the cylinders two of which are used also for fastening of assemblage of an axis коромысел (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of assemblage of an axis коромысел).

16. Take all bolts together with the washers and combine from as installation on the engine in specially prepared and carefully marked capacities, or the template-rejku made of a dense cardboard. Pay attention that bolts 8 and 9 (in the order of a tightening - see more low) slightly more long the others, and the bolt 10, on the contrary, - is shorter. Try to remember adjusting position of an arm of an elevating eye of the power unit, established three back bolts.
17. Now it is necessary to separate accurately a head with a sealing lining from the block of cylinders/kartera of the engine, having tried not to break position of loose leaves of sleeves thus. Despite big, than it is accepted usually for гильзованных engines, reliability of landing and hermetic sealing of loose leaves, nevertheless continues to be present risk of course of a cooling liquid and dirt entering in the pallet картера as a result of careless actions at head removal. Negligence at procedure performance can lead also to displacement of sealants in the bases of sleeves and to development of leaks after head installation on the engine.

At infringement of hermetic sealing of landing it is necessary to remove pistons, to take sleeves and to replace them уплотнители.

18. For branch of a head of cylinders, get the lever under a final collector and, accurately having shaken assemblage, shift it forward on the car.
19. By means of the assistant remove assemblage of a head from the engine. Clean a sealing lining.

20. Try not to admit casual проворачивания a cranked shaft after removal of a head of cylinders from the engine in order to avoid loss of loose leaves of sleeves. If character of carried out procedure demands проворачивания a shaft (for example, on purpose зачистки the bottoms of pistons), it is necessary to operate extremely cautiously, having taken measures against pollution of components and having fixed sleeves by means of two bolts with the big flat washers.

21. If the engine remains disassembled long time without fixing of sleeves, it is necessary to fix on it the poster with a precautionary inscription of the corresponding maintenance.
22. The order of dismantling of a head of cylinders is described in the Part Dismantle of the power unit and major repairs of the engine of the present Chapter.

Branch from a head of the inlet pipeline and a final collector

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The description of procedures of removal and installation of the inlet pipeline is resulted in the Head the Power supply system.
2. In stages give fixing nuts (at nut assemblage are subject to replacement without fail) and remove from a head of cylinders a final collector with a lining and a casing of the device of heating of soaked up air. On models with SPFI the inlet pipeline and a final collector are established on the general lining, on MPFI-models separate linings are used.
3. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces, lay a new lining (), then establish a final collector in gathering with a casing of the device of heating of air soaked up in the engine. Screw new fixing nuts and tighten them with demanded effort.

Preparation for assemblage

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up a condition of carvings of bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders. Watching to mixing bolts, carefully wash out them, then dry and estimate deterioration degree. Defective bolts are subject to replacement.

In view of criticality of carried out function and size of applied loading, composers of the present Management recommend to make replacement of bolts of a head each time after dismantle of last, without dependence from their condition.

2. Before to start cleaning of the bottoms of pistons (for what it is necessary to turn some times a cranked shaft), take corresponding measures for fixing of sleeves of cylinders.
3. By means of a scraper from firm plastic or wood remove from interfaced surfaces traces of a material of an old lining, scratch out a deposit from the bottoms of pistons. Try not to admit dust hit in water galleries and маслостоки (coal particles are capable to block tightly oil giving to internal components of the engine) - close up all accessible apertures with an adhesive tape. Between walls of pistons and cylinders in the same purposes it is necessary to fill backlashes консистентной with greasing which then will be easy for removing by means of a thin brush.
4. Check up interfaced surfaces of the block and a head of cylinders on presence of scratches, задиров and other mechanical damages. Insignificant defects can be removed by means of a file with a small tooth. In case of more serious damages it is necessary to resort to станочной to machining.
5. Estimate planeness of interfaced surfaces by means of a special template (an edge of a steel ruler) and probeа лезвийного type (the Part Dismantle of the power unit and major repairs of the engine of the present Chapter in case of need see).

ASSEMBLAGE

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully wipe interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders pure dry rags. Lay on the block of cylinders a new lining, having tracked correctness of combination of all provided apertures.
2. Cautiously put on a head fixing hairpins and lower it on the block of cylinders.
3. Carefully wash out and dry fixing bolts with washers. Slightly grease a carving and the bottom surfaces of heads of bolts with oil, then fill each of bolts (except those two which are used for fastening of support of an axis коромысел) in the former apertures. Do not forget to establish under three back bolts an arm of an elevating eye of the power unit. Accurately acquire bolts and tighten them by hand.
4. Strictly in a former order fill in a head of a bar of pushers, having tracked correctness of their arrangement in the pushers.
5. Establish into place axis assemblage коромысел (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of assemblage of an axis коромысел). Tighten with demanded effort four small internal fixing bolts and acquire by hand two крепящих a support of an axis of a bolt of a head.

6. In stages in the set order tighten bolts with demanded effort (see more low).

7. At the first stage take advantage динамометрическим of a key and tighten bolts with effort of the first stage (Specifications see).

8. Further, operating in a former order, by means of a usual face key and a goniometer hold on bolts on a corner of the second stage of a tightening (Specifications see).

At absence near at hand a goniometer make of a dense cardboard a suitable template, or put a scale a marker directly on head surfaces. Now repeat procedure, having held on bolts on a corner of thirds of stage.

9. Having finished a tightening of bolts, slightly oil a carving and the bottom planes of fixing nuts. Dress on the heads of a hairpin of a washer located along a first line and screw nuts (at a corresponding complete set do not forget about an arm of an adjusting lath of the generator). In that order tighten four nuts (with 11 on 14) with demanded effort.

10. On models without К/В screw and tighten a bolt of fastening of an arm to an adjusting lath of the generator and adjust effort of a tension drive a belt (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.
11. Adjust клапанные backlashes and establish into place a cover of a head of cylinders (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of a casing of a camshaft).
12. Restore initial connection of hoses охладительного a path and electroconducting CTS. Replace standard spring collars of fastening of hoses more practical screw or worm.
13. Attach hoses and electroconducting to the inlet pipeline and power supply system components, in case of need having replaced collars with more practical. Connect and adjust a cable of a drive throttle заслонки.
14. Connect to a final collector a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases (the Power supply system see the Head).
15. Connect electroconducting to the gauge of the Hall and a l-probe.
16. At a corresponding complete set establish into place a cover of the distributor of ignition with connected to it ВВ wires.
17. Establish into place air cleaner assemblage (the Power supply system see the Head) and connect a negative wire to the battery.
18. Fill system of cooling and establish spark plugs.
