6. Carefully wipe a casing and check up it on presence of cracks and deformation signs interfaced surfaces. Lay a casing on a workbench, an interfaced surface downwards. If removed, запрессуйте in a landing nest a new epiploon, having pressed to it wooden брусок and tapping on the last with a hammer.

7. Grease an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders with universal hermetic and press to it a new lining of a casing. |
8. Wind a pin of a cranked shaft with an adhesive tape.

9. Grease internal sponges of an epiploon with pure impellent oil, bring casing assemblage to the regular place on the block and vrashchatelno-progress plant it on a pin of a cranked shaft, densely having pressed to the block. |
10. Screw bolts of fastening of a casing and in stages tighten them with demanded effort.

Remember that the casing is made of a soft aluminium alloy and can be easily damaged at a non-uniform tightening of bolts. |
11. Establish into place the pallet картера (see Has undressed the Pallet - removal, check and installation).
12. |

7. Remove from the block a lining and smooth out an interfaced surface.
8. The back epiploon varies in gathering with a casing and in an individual order is not delivered.

9. Grease with universal hermetic an interfaced surface of the block and establish on it a new sealing lining of a casing. |

10.
