Assembly order of the engine after major repairs performance
Before the assemblage beginning make sure available all necessary replaceable components, tools and materials. Attentively familiarise with the description of procedure and prepare for performance of works. Among the other equipment it is required also hermetics for interface of the surfaces not equipped with linings and fixings of carving connections. Composers of the present Management recommend to use only materials, means, adaptations and replaceable components of firm manufacture (are specified in the text).
With a view of economy of time and minimisation of risk of any occurrence of difficulties composers of the Management recommend to make at engine assemblage installation of components in a following order:
The engine of 1.3 l
a) the Cranked shaft;
b) Shatunno-piston assemblages;
c) the Head of cylinders (the Part Repair without extraction from the car of the petrol engine of the present Chapter of 1.3 l see);
d) axis Assemblage коромысел;
e) the Chain of drive ГРМ with asterisks (the Part Repair without extraction from the car of the petrol engine of the present Chapter of 1.3 l see);
f) the Flywheel (the Part Repair without extraction from the car of the petrol engine 1.3 see;
g) the Pallet картера;
h) Hinged components and units.
Engines of 1.6 l and diesel
a) the Cranked shaft;
b) Shatunno-piston assemblages;
c) the Oil pump (the Part Repair without extraction from the car of the petrol engine of 1.6 l or Repair without extraction from the car of the diesel engine of the present Chapter see);
d) the Pallet картера (the Part Repair without extraction from the car of the petrol engine of 1.6 l or Repair without extraction from the car of the diesel engine see);
e) the Flywheel (the Part Repair without extraction from the car of the petrol engine of 1.6 l or Repair without extraction from the car of the diesel engine see);
f) the Head of cylinders with a lining (the Part Repair without extraction from the car of the petrol engine of 1.6 l or Repair without extraction from the car of the diesel engine see);
g) Natjazhitel газораспределительного a belt, cogwheels and actually a belt of drive ГРМ (the Part Repair without extraction from the car of the petrol engine of 1.6 l or Repair without extraction from the car of the diesel engine see);
h) Hinged components and units;
i) the Belt (a drive of auxiliary units with pulleys and натяжителями (the Part Repair without extraction from the car of the petrol engine of 1.6 l or Repair without extraction from the car of the diesel engine see).
At the given stage all serviceable installation serviceable and restored components of the engine should be absolutely pure and dry. Will correctly spread out details as installation on a pure working surface. |
