Check of functioning and adjustment of system of injection

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. In case of infringement испрвности functioning of system of injection first of all it is necessary to check up a condition and reliability of fastening of contact connections of corresponding electric chains. Then check up a condition of a filtering element of an air cleaner, spark plugs (do not forget to check up installation of interelectrode backlashes), hoses of system of ventilation картера, компрессионное pressure in cylinders and installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition.
2. If during the listed general checks to reveal malfunction it is not possible, the car should be driven away on a car repair shop for deeper diagnostics with application of the special equipment. During such check data read-out of memory of the module of self-diagnostics ECU is made. Attempt of serial check of a condition of each of system components own forces is extremely inefficient and it can appear only waste of time and forces, in particular if malfunction has dynamic character. Besides, the risk of a casual irreversible conclusion out of operation ECU is too great.
3. Skilled enough mechanic-fan having all necessary equipment (an exact tachometre and a gas analyzer) can independently check up maintenance level in the fulfilled gases WITH and frequency of rotation of the engine on single turns. If the removed parametres fall outside the limits admissible ranges, the car for the further diagnostics should be driven away on a car repair shop. Manual adjustment of quality of a mix and quantity of turns of idling are not provided. Negative results of check testify to internal infringements of system of injection of fuel.
