 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release located on perimetre of the top cover of an air cleaner wire clamps.

2. Turn out three bolts from a cover of the case of a throttle, then liberate from clamps on the bottom party of a cover a hose going to a coal adsorber, and electroconducting plaits.

3. Disconnect from a cover of a head of cylinders a branch pipe ventilating сапуна...

Also liberate from a clamp under an inlet air line a vacuum hose of a regulator of pressure of fuel.

4. Uncover throttle cases together with the top cover of an air cleaner and an inlet air line.


L models 1.6

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out three screws from a cover established on the cases of a throttle. Pay attention that the forward screw is longer than other two.

2. Liberate from clamps on the bottom party of a cover of the case of a throttle all hoses and electroconducting plaits. Lift a cover.
3. Release four wire clamps, located on perimetre of the top cover of an air cleaner.
4. Disconnect from the top part of a reception knee of a sleeve of giving of air a ventilating branch pipe. Liberate from clamps and shift aside all disturbing to removal of a knee of a wire and hoses.
5. Turn out three fixing screws and remove a knee of a sleeve of giving of air together with a sleeve and the top cover of an air cleaner.


All models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At a corresponding complete set, check up a condition of the rubber sealing lining established from above on the cases of a throttle. In case of need make replacement.

2. In need of removal of a casing of an air cleaner from a mudguard of a wheel arch, take filtering element and disconnect from the basis of a casing a sleeve of giving of the warmed-up air.

3. The casing fastens a plastic nut in front. Two lateral rubber support are inserted into apertures in a mudguard of a wheel arch.

4. Give a nut, liberate support from a mudguard and take a casing from an impellent compartment.

5. The management valve заслонкой devices of giving of the warmed-up air can be removed after отдавания two fixing screws in a forward part of a casing.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made upside-down. The rubber sealing lining of the case of a throttle should provide full air hermetic sealing - the slightest thinness of a joint can essentially affect stability of turns of the engine.
