REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. If the power unit is not removed from the car and not dismembered, access to components of the mechanism of deenergizing of coupling can be provided by transmission dismantle. Components of the mechanism of deenergizing are presented on an illustration.
2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a plug of deenergizing on an axis of the lever of deenergizing, remove a washer.
3. Disconnect a spring from the top part of an axis and take the lever from картера transmissions. Remove assemblage of a plug with выжимным the bearing (try to remember its adjusting position), then divide on two parts (a plug and the bearing).

4. Check up a condition of components of the mechanism of deenergizing of coupling. The defective or worn out details replace. Carefully examine all contact and basic surfaces.
5. Correct practice is replacement performance выжимного the bearing without dependence from its condition. Under the constrained financial circumstances check up freedom of rotation of the bearing and a condition of its contact surface. In case of revealing of defects the bearing is subject to replacement.
6. The worn out plug of an axis of the lever of deenergizing of coupling is subject to replacement. The old plug is beaten out from the seat by means of a hammer and выколотки. For landing of the new plug take advantage in quality оправки of a replaceable head of the corresponding size or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter (оправка should rest only against external edge of a face surface of the plug).

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully clear all components, completely having removed all traces of old hermetic from a plug of deenergizing of coupling and a carving part of its bolt. Make sure of correctness of landing of the plug of an axis of the lever of deenergizing in картере transmissions.
2. A thin layer of high-temperature greasing of type Kluber Microlube GL202, GL261 or GL262, or Mobil lithium 932 or 933 cover contact surfaces of an axis of the lever, a plug of deenergizing and выжимного the bearing. Try not to admit greasing hit on frictional overlays of a disk of coupling.

3. Connect a deenergizing plug to выжимному to the bearing.

4. Put on assemblage of a plug with the bearing on directing муфту transmissions, then pass in a plug lever assemblage.

5. Slightly grease a carving part of the lock screw of fastening of a plug with suitable hermetic (hermetic of type Tree bond or Aldrit in the best way will approach). Achieve combination in a plug and a lever axis, then accurately screw a bolt. Having made sure of correctness of landing of a bolt in apertures, tighten it with demanded effort.

6. Connect a spring to the top part of the lever of deenergizing. Before transmission installation on the engine make sure of serviceability of functioning of the mechanism of deenergizing of coupling.
