REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. In an impellent compartment, in a back part картера РКПП find the device of a drive of a speedometer. Loosen the (but do not turn on up to the end) накидную a nut with накатом fastenings drive a cable.

2. Turn out a fixing bolt and take a fastening plate drive the mechanism.
3. Having pulled for a cable, take outside assemblage drive the mechanism. Definitively turn on накидную a nut, disconnect a cable and remove приводной the mechanism from the car.
4. Check up приводную a mechanism gear wheel on presence of the chopped off or lost teeths. In case of need make replacement. Check up a condition of a sealing ring. In the presence of defects also it is necessary to replace a ring.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Track correctness of landing on the regular place of a sealing ring of assemblage drive the mechanism (before installation the ring should be oiled slightly).
2. Connect to assemblage приводной a cable, slightly having tightened накидную a nut with накатом.
3. Plant assemblage on the regular place in a transmission, having tracked correctness of introduction in gearing of teeths of a gear wheel.
4. Establish a fixing plate, having tracked its hit in leading grooves. Tighten a fixing bolt with demanded effort.
5. Loosen the накидную a nut with накатом for the purpose of dump of internal pressure of the core of a cable, then again strongly tighten a nut.
