3. Turn away a cover so that access to the hinge has opened. Remove surplus of greasing.

4. Sharp blows of a hammer through выколотку by an internal part of the hinge bring down last from a shaft. The hinge is fixed on a shaft by a lock ring. At assemblage knocking down by the described way the ring gets to specially provided flute on a shaft that allows to remove the SHRUS free.

5. Having removed the hinge, take from the flute a lock ring and will throw out it is at assemblage a ring is subject to replacement without fail.
6. Remove from a shaft a rubber protective cover of the SHRUS.
7. Carefully wash out the removed hinge kerosene or other suitable solvent. Make visual check of a condition of internal components of assemblage.
8. Moving an internal part of the hinge, serially examine each of balls in their top position. Pay attention to cracks, уплощения and cavities.
9. Check up directing in internal and external holders of assemblage on presence of the developed sites where the density of landing of balls is broken. Simultaneously check up a separator condition - presence of cracks between windows is inadmissible.
10. The worn out or damaged hinge is subject to replacement. If the SHRUS is recognised by suitable for the further use, prepare a new protective cover, bandage tapes, a lock ring and greasing for SHRUS stuffing (Specifications see).

11. Wind шлицы pins with an adhesive tape and accurately put on a shaft a new protective cover of the SHRUS. Try not to admit in the course of putting on of a cover of displacement of the plastic plugs established in its internal sponges.

12. Remove an adhesive tape and plant on a shaft a new lock ring. Track correctness of landing of a ring in a flute on a shaft.

13. Fill the hinge fresh greasing. In the greasing which has remained in packing hammer into a cover.

14. Spread the SHRUS on a pin of a shaft and get its edge from above on a lock ring. Sharp blows of a hammer with soft brisk by an external part of the hinge, plant last on a shaft. Having pulled assemblage, make sure of reliability of its fixing on a shaft a lock ring.

15. Plant external sponges of a cover in a flute on SHRUS assemblage, internal sponges fix on a shaft fillet. Having raised internal edge of a cover, let out from under it air.
16. Make sure of correctness of landing of a cover, then fix its bandage tapes.

Bandage tapes of two types are issued.

17. More often for fastening of protective covers of SHRUS the bandage tapes simply turned round a cover and fixed by a way сжимания of acting sections are used. In absence of the special tool сжимание bandage clamps can be made by means of flat-nose pliers or бокорезов (operate extremely cautiously casually not to have a bite a tape).

18. Bandage tapes in the form of the metal strips equipped from one of the ends пряжечной скобой are less extended. After оборачивания round a cover the free end of a tape is passed through a groove in a buckle. In the correct image having placed a tape on a cover, arm with the special hook made of a welding electrode, and flat-nose pliers. 19. Make sure of reliability of fixing of a cover, then check up freedom of rotation of the hinge in all directions. Now the shaft can be established on the car (see Has undressed Removal and installation of power shafts).

Installation of all internal components of the hinge strictly in a former order has extremely great value, therefore it is necessary to take care of observance of adjusting position триподной assemblages in the course of case removal. Infringement of the given requirement can lead to essential reduction of service life of the SHRUS.

4. Remove обечайку the external case from a shaft, having thrown it through триподную assemblage. Try to remember adjusting position обечайки.

5. Mark position триподной assemblages in relation to a shaft. Give a lock ring and remove assemblage from a shaft pin. If триподная it is planted on a shaft too hardly, take advantage for its removal 2-nozhechnym of a stripper. Captures of legs of a stripper are got under an internal part of assemblage - do not suppose contact a knife with rollers. Alternatively prop up an internal part of assemblage and squeeze out of it a shaft by means of a hydraulic press - at all do not put loading to rollers.

6. After removal триподной assemblages the protective cover of the hinge can be removed from a shaft.
7. Carefully wash out components of the hinge kerosene or other suitable solvent - try not to wash off landing labels. Make careful survey of the hinge.
8. Check up крестовину and rollers триподной assemblages on presence of signs of deterioration. Examine the external case and its face обечайку. Estimate freedom of rotation of rollers. In case of revealing of any sort of defects replace the hinge. If the SHRUS is recognised by suitable for the further use, prepare new bandage tapes, a protective cover, a lock ring and necessary quantity of greasing of a demanded grade (Specifications see).

9. Wind шлицы pins of a shaft with an adhesive tape. Accurately put on a shaft a protective cover of the SHRUS, having planted it in a reception flute.

10. Remove an adhesive tape, and put on a shaft обечайку the external case of the hinge (track that обечайка it has appeared is developed in the correct image).
11. Achieving combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle, put on триподную assemblage on шлицы shaft pins. Accurately begin to knock assemblage on the regular place (take advantage of a hammer and выколоткой from soft metal). Try not to damage шлицы both a shaft and hinge rollers.

12. Fix триподную assemblage on a shaft by means of a new lock ring. Track correctness of landing of a ring in the flute.

13. Remove the adhesive tape wrapped up round rollers, then put on the external case of the hinge.

14. Track combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle. Having made sure of correctness of installation of components, fix the case обечайкой.

15. In regular intervals fill cavity greasing триподной assemblage and the external case of the hinge. In the greasing rests hammer into a cover.

16. Get external sponges of a protective cover in a flute on the external case of the hinge, then accurately raise edge, letting the air out.

17. According to the instructions resulted in paragraphs 17 and 18 subsections the External SHRUS, fix a cover two bandage tapes.

18. Check up freedom of rotation of the SHRUS in all directions, then establish a power shaft on the regular place on the car (see Has undressed Removal and installation of power shafts).
