The power supply system of the carburettor engine of 1.3 l
The general information and safety measuresThe carburettor power supply system carries out configuration of an air-fuel mix and its giving in chambers of combustion of the engine. The basic components of the power supply system are the fuel tank, a gasoline pump, the carburettor, the inlet pipeline, connecting fuel lines and an air cleaner.
The gasoline pump carries out giving of fuel from a fuel tank in the carburettor. On considered models not folding gasoline pump of type Jikov SH 3460 is used, in the carburettor the lever of manual pumping of fuel is not provided.
In the carburettor configuration of an air-fuel mix and its dispensing according to current requirements of the engine is carried out. Models of cars considered in the present Management are completed двухдиффузионным, the two-chamber carburettor with a falling stream of German manufacture Pierburg performed by 2Е3, or its licence variant, are let out in Czechia and having designation Jikov 28-30 LEKR. Opening throttle заслонки the second chamber in such carburettors occurs by means of a pneumatic drive. The principle of action of the carburettor is stated more low in corresponding Section of the present Chapter.
Air soaked up in the carburettor preliminary passes through an air cleaner made of a dense paper filtering which element prevents hit in the engine of a dust containing in air, a moisture and other pollution. The case and an air cleaner cover are made of plastic. The inlet air line of the case by means of a rubber sleeve is connected to an air inlet located under the right head block headlight. The sleeve of giving of the warmed-up air is connected to a branch pipe from the bottom party of an air line from the casing placed over a final collector. In an air line, near to the air cleaner case the thermostat which problem includes updating of temperature of air soaked up in the carburettor is placed. The thermostat is adjusted on 20 ч 30°С and operates position air заслонки, in appropriate way dosing out giving of the warmed-up and cold air.
Do not smoke and do not come nearer to a place of work with a source of an open flame / the redurable not protected by a lamp shade! Do not make service of components of the power supply system in the premises equipped working on natural gas and heating devices equipped with a control torch. Watch, that near at hand constantly there was a charged fire extinguisher.
Avoid fuel hit in eyes and on open sites of a skin. Put on protective gloves and points. Casually got splashes wash off water with soap.
Remember that fuel evaporations not less if no more, are dangerous, than actually liquid fuel. Do not forget that the emptied container from under gasoline continues to contain steams of fuel which are not only easily flammable, but also potentially explosive!
Many of procedures described in the given Chapter are connected with necessity of a detachment of the fuel lines, inevitably conducting to fuel pouring. Try to prepare beforehand all necessary materials for gathering of spilt fuel.
Carrying out service of components of the power supply system special attention give to cleanliness observance - hit in a fuel path of a dirt is capable to lead to infringement of its passableness conducting to faults in work of the engine and even to its spontaneous stops.
In interests of a personal security of the executor and with a view of safety of the equipment many of procedures described in the present Chapter should be made only after a detachment from the battery of a negative wire. Such safety measure allows to avoid risk of short circuit.
