The general information
The starter represents the electromotor of a direct current which through редукционный the drive turns a cranked shaft at the moment of engine start.
Till July 1995 г all models were completed with starter Magneton capacity of 1 kw, since the marked moment on l model 1.3 have started to establish starter Magneton 0.8, different smaller массогабаритными characteristics at the increased twisting moment. Both starters have the identical landing sizes and fasten two bolts М8.
The starter fastens to a coupling dome. The privodnaja gear wheel of a starter is entered into gearing with a gear wreath of a flywheel by means of the traction relay.
The starter of old type Magneton 1.0 consists of the case, forward and back covers, an anchor, обгонной муфты and the traction relay. The starter case is fastened to forward and back covers two through bolts.
In the case steel cores on which excitation windings are reeled up are fixed. To provide possibility of course of the big starting currents, excitation windings are executed from a copper tape.
The anchor consists of a shaft, on which напрессован the core consisting of separate magnetic plates isolated from each other. In plates there are cuts in the form of trenches. In trenches are laid роторные windings. Both ends of windings are deduced on a collector.
The collector is located on one of the ends of a shaft of an anchor and consists of the copper plates also isolated from each other. The anchor shaft comes to an end with necks of bearings of the sliding which plugs are planted in the case and a back cover of assemblage.
From a shaft opposite side are provided spiral шлицы which assemblage обгонной муфты with приводной a gear wheel is put on. At operation of the traction relay the gear wheel moves on шлицам a shaft before its introduction in gearings with a gear wreath of a flywheel.
In a back cover of the case there are four brushes fixed in щеткодержателях. Brushes nestle on a collector a spiral spring. On a cover by means of bolt М6 the tin protective casing protecting a collector and brushes from pollution is fixed.
The electromagnetic traction relay is built in in assemblage of a forward cover of a starter and fixed in it by two bolts М6х16. The relay carries out two functions: actuates the lever of the mechanism of input of a gear wheel in gearing with a flywheel wreath, and also closes a giving chain
The traction relay consists of the case in which the winding is located. In a winding it is inserted mobile плунжер, made of a material with high magnetic permeability. Плунжер it is connected to the lever of a drive of a starter. Return плунжера in a starting position is made by means of a special spring. In an aperture плунжера the core with the copper mobile contact fixed on it closing the main contacts, representing heads of two bolts directly connected to plugs of the battery is filled.
At ignition key turn in position of II lock the current from the battery starts to be passed through a winding of a contact core. The magnetic field formed thus involves плунжер in relay assemblage. Movement from плунжера is transferred to the lever fixed on it which, in turn, shifts приводную assemblage on spiral шлицам a shaft of an anchor of a starter towards a gear wreath of a flywheel.
At the moment of short circuit of the main contacts on a starter winding the current starts to proceed and entered into gearing with teeths of a wreath of a flywheel приводная the gear wheel untwists a cranked shaft of the engine. If gear wheel and wreath teeths in a starting point have appeared not hooked among themselves such gearing invariably will occur under the influence of developed by a spring (17) at the moment of combination of teeths of a gear wheel with an interval between teeths of a wreath of a flywheel.
Thanks to that at gear wheel introduction in gearing with a wreath it has also progress, initial jerk from blow of teeths is softened.
As soon as the engine will be started also frequency of rotation of a flywheel will start to exceed turns приводной gear wheels, обгонная муфта will start to be turned freely on an anchor shaft, protecting thereby a starter from destruction.
At release the ignition key the magnetic field of the coil of a contact core disappears and плунжер the traction relay comes back in a starting position under the influence of effort developed by a spring. Thus there is a disconnection of the main contacts and a starter food is disconnected. The privodnoj lever also comes back in a starting position and the gear wheel leaves gearing with a gear wreath of a flywheel. Thanking спиралевидности forms of directing pins on the anchor shaft, the flywheel which has left gearing pushes away a gear wheel back. The privodnoj lever thus slightly compresses a spring (15) which presses anchor assemblage to a brake washer (12).
The starter of new type Magneton 0.8 is equipped by a planetary reducer. At inclusion the starter anchor starts to rotate with frequency of 5000 rpm thanks to what rather big capacity develops. In a planetary reducer turns decrease with simultaneous increase of a twisting moment that guarantees trouble-free start of the cold engine even in frosty weather.
Removal and installation of starters of both types is made in a similar manner.
REMOVAL
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery it it is especially important, as the wire of a food of a starter constantly is energised.

2. Remove a rubber protective cover and disconnect electroconducting from the back party of the traction relay. Try to remember an order of connection of wires. |
|
3. Release a clamp, separate electroconducting of fires of a backing from the case of a starter and take her aside.
|
Probably, electroconducting of fires of a backing should be disconnected from the gauge-switch to guarantee a total absence of risk of its damage during starter dismantle. |

|
4. Supporting a starter a hand, give fastening nuts on a coupling dome. |

INSTALLATION
|
Installation is made upside-down. All fixture tighten with demanded effort. Track correctness of a lining and reliability of connection of electroconducting. |
