The throttle case

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top covers of the case of a throttle and an air cleaner (see Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of an air cleaner).
2. Disconnect a cable of an accelerator from a control lever position throttle заслонки (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator).
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

4. Disunite a socket of electroconducting of the module of position throttle заслонки.

5. Disconnect from the throttle case the vacuum hose going from a cover of a head of cylinders, and a hose of a coal adsorber.

6. Turn out four through bolts and remove the case of a throttle from the inlet pipeline. Remove also a lining (at assemblage it is subject to replacement without fail).

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:

a) do not forget to replace a sealing lining;
b) Through bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle should be tightened with demanded effort;
c) Track quality of all шланговых and electric connections;
d) do not forget to adjust a tension of a cable of an accelerator (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator).


Injectors of injection and fuel highway

In the presence of suspicions on malfunction of injectors it is not necessary to start their removal at once. At first try to clean injectors by addition in fuel of a special additive (ask in shops automobile химикалиев).

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in the power supply system (see Has undressed Dump of residual pressure in the power supply system).
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top covers of the case of a throttle and an air cleaner (see Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of an air cleaner).

4. Preliminary having marked, disconnect electroconducting from injection injectors.

5. Liberate a plait from clamps on the top part of a fuel highway and shift it aside.

6. Disconnect hoses of giving and return of fuel from the end of a fuel highway. Try to remember adjusting position of hoses - submitting it is located more close to the throttle case.

7. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a forward part of a regulator of pressure of fuel.
