1. Remove the top covers of the case of a throttle and an air cleaner (see Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of an air cleaner).
2. Disconnect a cable of an accelerator from a control lever position throttle заслонки (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator).
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

4. Disunite a socket of electroconducting of the module of position throttle заслонки.

5. Disconnect from a forward part of the case of a throttle a hose going from a coal adsorber.

6. Turn out four through bolts and remove the case of a throttle from the inlet pipeline. Remove also a sealing washer - at assemblage it is subject to replacement without fail.

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:

a) do not forget to replace a sealing washer;
b) Through bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle should be tightened with demanded effort;
c) Track quality of all шланговых and electric connections;
d) do not forget to adjust a tension of a cable of an accelerator (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator).

1. Dump pressure in the power supply system (see Has undressed Dump of residual pressure in the power supply system).
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top cover of the case of a throttle (see Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of an air cleaner).

4. Preliminary having marked, disconnect electroconducting from injection injectors.

5. Liberate a plait from clamps on the top part of a fuel highway and shift it aside.

6. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the union in the bottom part of a regulator of pressure of fuel.

7. Disconnect hoses of giving and return of fuel from the end of a fuel highway. Try to remember adjusting position of hoses (check up them on presence of factory marks of a direction of a stream).

8. Turn out two fixing bolts and accurately remove a fuel highway together with injectors of injection from the inlet pipeline. Track, that at extraction of injectors from landing nests in a highway the bottom sealing rings remained on the regular places.

9. Injectors can be removed from a highway in an individual order by extraction of metal clamps. Remove the top sealing rings of injectors.

10. In case of need remove a regulator of pressure of fuel.
11. By means of a universal tester measure electric resistance of each of injectors. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications.

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:

a) do not forget to check up a condition of sealing rings of injectors. Defective rings are subject to replacement;
b) Track reliability of landing of metal clamps of fastening of injectors;
c) Track correctness of connection to a highway of hoses of giving and fuel return;
d) Track quality of all шланговых and electric connections;
e) Before to start car operation check up the power supply system on presence of leaks.

1. Dump pressure in the power supply system (see Has undressed Dump of residual pressure in the power supply system).
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top cover of the case of a throttle (see Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of an air cleaner).

4. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the union in the bottom part of a regulator of pressure.

5. Loosen the a collar also disconnect from a highway a hose of giving of fuel. Thus the most part of fuel containing in a highway will pour out outside - prepare small drain capacity and enclose under assemblage of a regulator rags.
6. Take a fixing clamp from the top part fixed on an end face of a fuel highway of the case of a regulator. Remove a regulator with sealing rings.

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to following moments:

a) the Worn out sealing rings are subject to replacement without fail;
b) Track reliability of landing of a clamp;
c) Track durability of connection of a vacuum hose.

2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
3. Remove the top cover of the case of a throttle (see Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of an air cleaner).
4. Disconnect from the gauge electroconducting.
5. Turn out two fixing screws and take the gauge from the nest in the pipeline.

Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of a tightening of fixture.

1. The relay of the fuel pump and safety locks of system of injection are located in the assembly block established in salon of the car (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).
2. The pump relay is on the fifth position among the relay of the working panel of the assembly block. The electric chain of a contour of a food of the pump is protected by a safety lock № 4.
3. The relay is taken from the nest by simple вытягивания. Relay installation is unequivocal in view of асимметричности nest forms.
4. The safety lock acts in film also as well as all other safety locks (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).
5. It is necessary to notice that removal of the main safety lock of system of injection (№ 1) leads to deleting of the adaptable data from memory ECU, also as it occurs at battery switching-off. Reboot of working parametres demands some time that can lead to infringement of stability of turns of idling within first several minutes after the first start of the engine.
