1. Park the car on a spacious equal horizontal platform with a firm covering.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by the security device before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct code for audiosystem input in action. |
3. Empty system of cooling and turn out spark plugs.
4. Remove an air cleaner with components of an inlet air path (the Power supply system see the Head). Remove a sleeve of giving of the warmed-up air from branch pipes of an air cleaner and a plate of a casing of a final collector.
5. Dump residual pressure in the power supply system (the Power supply system see the Head).
6. Uncover the distributor with connected to it ВВ wires, also remove бегунок and a filter. To remove a head of cylinders unessentially (will enough disconnect ВВ a wire from the ignition coil), however it will essentially expand working space and will facilitate access to the distributor.

7. In case of need having addressed to Chapter 3 materials, release fixing collars and disconnect hoses охладительного a path from a thermostat casing. |

8. Disunite sockets of electroconducting of following components:
a) the detonation and l-probe Gauge. Liberate both sockets from the arm fixed over a flywheel;
b) the Gauge of temperature/pressure of soaked up air on the inlet pipeline;
c) the Block of management throttle заслонки;
d) the Gauge of the Hall from the ignition distributor; |

e) the Gauge-switch of pressure of oil on a back wall of a head of cylinders.
f) the Injector (ов) fuel and an electroconducting plait on the inlet pipeline (the Head the Power supply system in case of need see). Liberate a plait from intermediate clamps and will put it aside);
g) the Gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid (CTS) on a thermostat casing;
h) Having disunited all sockets, liberate plaits from intermediate clamps and take them aside. |

9. Disconnect following hoses:
a) a Hose connecting the inlet pipeline with the electromagnetic valve of a purge of a coal adsorber (on a mudguard of an arch of the left wheel);
b) the Vacuum hose of the amplifier of brakes from the inlet pipeline;
c) Hoses of giving and return of fuel from a fuel highway. Try to remember a direction of streams and colour marks of hoses. Prepare for gathering of spilt fuel. At once закупорьте the open ends of hoses and unions in order to avoid hit in the power supply system of a dirt and for the purpose of minimisation of losses of fuel. |
10. In a back part of the thermostat release wire clamps of fastening of a casing to the submitting tube of the water pump which are passing behind the block of the engine. Disconnect remained from a thermostat casing (try to remember an order of their connection).
11. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units).
12. Remove external covers газораспределительного a belt and a pulley of a cranked shaft (Sections Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression see, Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers). Remove газораспределительный a belt from a camshaft cogwheel.
13. After removal газораспределительного a belt the engine can be lifted back in a starting position, and the right support of the unit is connected.
14. In order to avoid casual contact of pistons with valves in the course of head removal, composers of the present Management recommend to develop a cranked shaft back in position on some degrees before ВМТ.
15. Remove a plate of the device of heating of soaked up air from the top part of a final collector.

... Disconnect from a collector a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases. Remove a lining. |
16. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a directing tube probeа measurements of level of impellent oil to a back part of a head of cylinders. At a corresponding complete set отболтите also remove a basic arm of the inlet pipeline.
17. Disconnect a gas cable (the Power supply system see the Head).
18. Uncover heads of cylinders (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders).

... In stages (on a half-turn for the approach) ослабьте bolts of fastening of a head so that there was a reversing possibility their hands. |
20. Make sure that to a head of cylinders there were connected no lines of communication. Remove a head from the block of cylinders (in case of need take advantage of the help of the assistant, in particular if the head acts in film in gathering with the pipeline and a collector).
21. Remove a lining from a surface of the block interfaced to a head. Do not throw out it, having kept as a template.
22. If performance of major repairs of a head is supposed.
Branch from a head of the inlet pipeline and a final collector
23. The description of procedures of removal and installation of the inlet pipeline is resulted to the Head the Power supply system.
24. In stages give the remained fixing nuts (at nut assemblage are subject to replacement without fail) and remove from a head of cylinders a final collector with linings.
25. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces, lay new linings, then establish a final collector. Screw new fixing nuts and tighten them with demanded effort. |
