1. Result the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression (see Has undressed Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression).
2. Separate the right support of the power unit, then remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units, a pulley of a cranked shaft, both the top and bottom covers газораспределительного a belt (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers).
3. Having released a counternut of a nave of a roller натяжителя, ослабьте a belt.
4. Give a counternut and remove натяжитель from a fixing hairpin.

Carefully clear натяжитель, in order to avoid pollution of the bearing without applying any solvents. Rotating a pulley for a nave manually, make sure of absence of jerks and jamming points. Presence люфта testifies to deterioration of assemblage and necessity of its replacement.

2. Pull a belt of drive ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers).

3. Check up serviceability of functioning натяжителя for what firmly press on a belt a thumb on a site in the middle between cogwheels of cranked and distributive shaft - the sliding index acting from under a roller it will be displaced aside from an adjusting groove to a plate of the basis of assemblage.

4. At release a belt the index should return in a starting position, again having combined with a groove. In case of index jamming натяжитель it is necessary to replace.

5. Establish into place all removed components (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers).
6. Upon termination of assemblage check up correctness of installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).

1. Remove covers газораспределительного a belt and result the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression. Having released a counternut натяжителя, ослабьте a belt also remove it from a camshaft cogwheel.

In order to avoid damage of components of a head of cylinders as a result of casual displacement of a cranked shaft in the course of removal/installation of a cogwheel of a camshaft, composers of the present Management recommend to develop a shaft on pair degrees back from ВМТ. Before putting on of a belt do not forget to return the engine in position of the top dead point.

2. Before отдаванием a fixing bolt it is necessary to take care of blocking of a cogwheel of a camshaft. Take advantage of the elementary вильчатым the capture made of two pieces of a metal strip and three nuts with bolts. One of bolts carries out a role of an axis of a plug of the tool, others two fasten to an asterisk.

3. Reliably having blocked a cogwheel, give a fixing bolt.

4. Remove a cogwheel from a camshaft pin.

5. Having removed a wheel, at once check up a camshaft epiploon on presence of signs of leaks. In case of need make epiploon replacement (the Section Replacement of an epiploon of a camshaft see).
6. Carefully wipe interfaced surfaces of a cogwheel and a shaft pin.

1. Put on a cogwheel a camshaft pin (take care of combination шпоночного a groove with шпонкой).

2. Having blocked a cogwheel, in stages tighten a bolt with demanded effort.

3. Make sure that the engine is in position ВМТ (see Has undressed Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression), then establish a gear belt and adjust effort of its tension (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers). Establish all removed details and connect a negative wire to the battery.

1. Remove covers of a belt of drive ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers) and result the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression.
2. Block a cranked shaft from проворачивания. Blocking can be made by means of special firm tool Skoda, or by jamming of a gear wreath of a flywheel through an aperture under starter installation (procedure of removal of a starter is described in the Head an engine Electric equipment). Release a bolt of fastening of a cogwheel.
3. Having blocked the engine from проворачивания (the previous paragraph see), ослабьте a bolt of fastening of a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (do not turn out it while).
4. Make sure that the engine is in position ВМТ (see Has undressed Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression), then release a counternut натяжителя and ослабьте a tension газораспределительного a belt. Accurately remove a belt with зубатого wheels of a cranked shaft.
5. Turn out a bolt and remove a cogwheel.

6. Having removed a cogwheel, check up a shaft epiploon, in case of revealing of traces of leaks, replace a defective epiploon (the Section Replacement of epiploons of a cranked shaft see).
7. Carefully wipe interfaced surfaces of a cogwheel and a pin of a cranked shaft.

Make sure that the engine is in position ВМТ (see Has undressed Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression), then establish a belt of drive ГРМ and adjust effort of its tension (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers).
3. Having blocked a cranked shaft from проворачивания, in stages tighten a bolt of fastening of a cogwheel of a cranked shaft with demanded effort.

4. Operating in an order, the return to a dismantle order, establish the remained components and connect a negative wire to the battery.
