Models without the hydraulic booster
Reechnaja transfer will transform turn of a steering column to movement of the draughts turning operated wheels of the car.
Carter of the steering mechanism is made of an aluminium alloy. Transfer consists from drive a shaft-gear wheel and gear рейки.
The shaft of a drive of the steering mechanism is equipped by a gear wheel and established in картере реечной transfers to two bearings of type PLC 03-29/1. Shaft assemblage is in constant gearing with gear рейкой, rigidly connected to steering draughts. Shaft rotation causes moving рейки to the right or to the left. Together with рейкой the steering draughts move also, forcing to turn forward wheels of the car.
Carter of the steering mechanism from above is closed by a cover fixed by two bolts М6х20. The cover is established on a sealing lining. In the middle картера the aperture through which takes place a shaft of a drive of the steering mechanism is provided. For the purpose of assemblage hermetic sealing in an aperture the epiploon 17х28х7 is established.
For the purpose of sample люфта shaft bearings adjusting washers of 0.1 and 0.2 mm are applied in the thickness.
The lateral aperture in картере also is closed by a cover which fastens two bolts М6х20. Under a cover the sealing lining is established. Through an aperture in the middle of a cover passes a bolt intended for adjustment of a backlash in gearing of a shaft with gear рейкой. Bolt position is fixed by a counternut. The demanded backlash in gearing is supported подпружиненным by a cracker and the equipped sealing ring 28х20.

At the working engine the hydraulic liquid moves the steering pump to the valve-distributor реечного the mechanism. The hydraulic lines laid between the pump, the valve-distributor, the power cylinder and the tank of a hydraulic liquid are executed from metal tubes and rubber hoses. With the wheel hydraulic booster are equipped diesel models and petrol l models 1.6. Distinction consists only in a route of a lining of connecting lines.
REMOVAL
|
|
1. In car salon give fixing nuts and remove a foot emphasis assemblage from a coupling pedal. |
2. At a corresponding complete set unbend back a carpet covering, give the screw and a nut of fastening of a finishing casing of the basis of a steering column. Remove a casing for the purpose of providing of access to bottom карданному to the hinge of an intermediate shaft.

Models with the wheel hydraulic booster

2. Having marked sockets, turn out штуцерные bolts on assemblage of the steering mechanism (prepare drain capacity for gathering of a following hydraulic liquid). Disconnect both hoses and remove sealing washers.

7. Dismantling of the steering mechanism for the purpose of performance of regenerative repair or replacement of the failed internal components is made as follows:
a) Remove collars of fastening of rubber covers;
b) Unbend edges of covers and merge oil from картера in pure capacity;
c) Shift covers in a direction to tips of steering draughts;
d) Unbend tags of flat lock washers, контрящих nuts on the ends gear рейки;
e) By means of a screw-driver unbend deepening on the brink of the transitive plug in a flute рейки;
f) Give nuts and disconnect from рейки draughts;
g) Turn out two bolts of fastening of a lateral cover to картеру, take a spring, a cracker and a rubber sealing ring;
h) Take from картера a shaft of a drive of the steering mechanism with the top bearing (clamp a shaft in a vice with soft sponges and pull for картер; in case of need take advantage of a hammer with soft brisk);
i) By means of a stripper remove from a shaft the bearing;
j) Take from картера the steering mechanism gear рейку;
k) By means of the special tool take from картера the bottom bearing.
8. After replacement of faulty components collect the mechanism:
a) Establish in картер the bottom bearing of a shaft;
b) Grease рейку трансмиссионным with oil and fill it in картер the steering mechanism with the smooth party to a lateral aperture;
c) Fill in картер a shaft with the top bearing established on it and plant assemblage by hammer blows so that the bottom bearing also has appeared on a shaft (track that the top bearing had no course in a direction to shaft teeths);
d) Grease aperture edge from which the shaft as a small amount трансмиссионного oils acts, lay on an interfaced surface a sealing lining of the top cover;
e) Measure distance between an external holder of the bearing and the top surface of a lining;
f) Pick up adjusting washers so that their thickness corresponded to the measured distance, plus of 0.1 mm (washers are issued by thickness of 0.1 and 0.2 mm);
g) Establish washers (at first adjusting, then usual), grease a cover a small amount трансмиссионного oils, establish it on assemblage and draw fixing bolts (a carving of bolts preliminary grease with hermetic);
h) Tighten bolts with demanded effort (7 Nanometers);
i) Check up freedom of rotation of a shaft, estimate size люфта assemblage components;
j) Grease трансмиссионным with oil an internal surface of a lateral aperture in картере the steering mechanism;
k) Fill in an aperture a cracker gear рейки, a rubber sealing ring and a spring;
l) Grease трансмиссионным with oil interfaced surfaces of an aperture and a cover;
m) Establish a sealing washer and tighten two fixing bolts with demanded effort (7 Nanometers);
n) Estimate size люфта the mechanism, in case of need make corresponding updating;
o) Screw on both ends рейки new transitive plugs and tighten them with demanded effort (50 ÷ 60 Nanometers). For a tightening of plugs screw counternuts and special nuts. One pair nuts clamp in a vice, the second tighten with demanded effort and застопорьте a counternut. Now clamp in a vice already tightened nut (together with контрящей) and repeat procedure with the opposite plug;
p) Zastoporte of the plug, развальцевав their edges in flutes on рейке;
q) Insert in each of plugs on a plate;
r) Screw on steering draught a special nut a flat surface to a draught tip;
s) Grease a draught tip;
t) Establish on редукционную the plug a lock washer;
u) Screw on a carving редукционной plugs the special nut which has been put on steering draught. A nut tighten so that the draught deviation needed effort in 12.5 ÷ 20.5 Nanometers. Tighten a counternut with effort 50 ÷ 60 Nanometers and block its lock washer, I will unbend a tag of last on шлиц nuts and counternuts;
v) Operating in a similar manner, fix opposite draught;
w) Establish on draughts protective covers and fix their collars;
x) Pull longer cover on a flange картера and fix its collar;
y) Fill in in картер fresh oil, then establish assemblage on the car. |

INSTALLATION
|
1. Establish on the steering mechanism rubber pillows of support, having developed their flat party downwards. At installation it is necessary to observe the sizes resulted on an illustration.
2. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces and establish from within on a partition of an impellent compartment a sealing plate and a lining.
3. Get assemblage of the steering mechanism on regular старавшись not to damage thus a sealing plate of a partition. By means of the assistant achieve combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle and enter an intermediate shaft into gearing with шлицами приводной gear wheels реечной transfers.

6. In car salon make sure of correctness of landing of a sealing plate rather картера the steering mechanism, then strongly tighten fixing nuts.
7. Make sure of correctness of installation карданного the hinge of an intermediate shaft, then screw a coupling bolt шарнирной assemblages and tighten it with demanded effort. At a corresponding complete set establish into place a finishing casing of the basis of a column.
8. Get tips of steering draughts in rotary levers ступичных assemblages. Screw fixing nuts, strongly tighten them and fix new шплинтами.
9. Establish to the place of a wheel, then lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts with demanded effort.
