According to the instructions resulted in the Head the Power supply system, execute following procedures: a) Disconnect from atomizers and head ТНВД and remove tubes of giving of fuel; b) Disconnect a returnable hose of atomizers from returnable union TNVD; c) preliminary accurately having marked electroconducting, disunite all electric sockets of the power supply system.

8. Operating in an order described in Sections Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) of the end of a step of compression, Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers, Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders, execute following actions:

a) Uncover heads of cylinders;
b) Remove external covers газораспределительного a belt and throw off a belt from a camshaft cogwheel;
c) Remove натяжитель газораспределительного a belt, and also cogwheels of a camshaft and ТНВД.
9. After removal газораспределительного a belt the engine can be lifted back in a starting position, and the right support of the unit is connected.
10. In order to avoid casual contact of pistons with valves in the course of head removal, composers of the present Management recommend to develop a cranked shaft back, in position on some degrees before ВМТ.
11. Turn out fixing screws and remove an internal cover газораспределительного a belt.

12. According to instructions of the Head the Power supply system of the Head an engine Electric equipment execute following procedures: a) Under the car turn out fixing bolts and separate a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases from a flange of a final collector; b) Remove from the inlet pipeline both a final collector valve EGR and its connecting armature; c) Otboltite a submitting wire from a candle of heat of the fourth cylinder.

13. Disunite a socket of electroconducting CTS and two sockets planted in the next arm.

14. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of pressure of impellent oil and the tyre of grounding located more low.

15. Operating in an order specified in illustrations, in stages (on a half-turn for the approach) ослабьте bolts of fastening of a head so that there was a reversing possibility their hands. At assemblage bolts are subject to replacement without fail.

16. Make sure that to a head of cylinders there were connected no lines of communication. Remove a head from the block of cylinders (in case of need take advantage of the help of the assistant, in particular if the head acts in film in gathering with the pipeline and a collector).
17. If the head "has become attached" and does not give in to branch from the block, do not try to bring down at all its blows of a hammer - do not forget about directing pins! Instead, cautiously shake assemblage for the pipeline/collector - do not try to enter the lever between interfaced surfaces!
18. Remove a lining from a surface of the block interfaced to a head. Do not throw out it, having kept as a template. Check up durability of landing of directing pins, in case of need take from the nests.

1. Having laid a head on a workbench, turn out five bolts of fastening of a cover of the inlet pipeline. Uncover also its sealing lining.
2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove from a head four inlet pipes in gathering with the pipeline. Remove a sealing lining.
3. In stages ослабьте also turn out fixing nuts (at assemblage defective nuts are subject to replacement) and remove from a head of cylinders a final collector with a lining.
4. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces, lay a new lining, then establish a final collector. Screw new fixing nuts and tighten them with demanded effort.
5. Lay on a head a new lining, then establish on it assemblage of the inlet pipeline. Serially establish each of inlet pipes, then screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort.

1. By means of the scraper made of a soft material carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of a head and the block. Remove from surfaces all traces of a material of an old lining and coal adjournment. Smooth out also the bottoms of pistons. 3. Carefully wipe interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders pure dry rags, then lay on the block a new lining, accurately putting on it directing pins. 4. By means of the assistant accurately put on assemblage of a head with the pipeline and a collector directing hairpins. Before definitive lowering of a head on the block once again make sure of correctness of placing of a lining.

5. Slightly grease a carving and the bottom surfaces of heads of fixing bolts with lubricating oil.

6. Accurately fill each of bolts in the aperture and acquire manually.

7. In the set order in stages tighten bolts with effort of the first stage of a tightening, then repeat procedure and tighten bolts with effort of the second stage.

8. Having tightened bolts with effort of the second stage, take advantage of a special goniometer, or the template made of a dense cardboard and hold on bolts on a corner of thirds of stage of a tightening. In summary hold on bolts on a corner of the fourth stage.
9. Establish into place внутреннююкрышку a belt of drive ГРМ, strongly tighten bolts of its fastening.
10. Result the engine in position ВМТ (see Has undressed Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in position of the top dead point (ВМТ) the end of a step of compression).
11. Prop up the engine, disconnect the right support and slightly lower the power unit (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a belt of drive ГРМ and its covers). b) Following the instructions resulted in the Head the Power supply system, connect submitting fuel hoses to atomizers and head ТНВД. Restore initial connection of electroconducting of the power supply system. Connect a returnable hose to corresponding union TNVD;
c) do not forget connect a multicontact socket of a plait of electroconducting of the engine;
d) Establish into place a cover of a head of cylinders (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders);
e) Address to materials of the Head of System of cooling, heating restore initial connection of hoses of a radiator and a broad tank. Connect electroconducting to CTS;
f) Connect a negative wire to the battery.
15. In summary fill in in the engine necessary quantity of engine oil of a demanded grade.
