Removal, check of a condition and installation of assemblage of an axis коромысел

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover heads of cylinders (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of a casing of a camshaft).
2. With the help пруткового a key turn out two bolts of a head of the cylinders, used for fastening of the left and right support of an axis коромысел to a head of cylinders.

3. In stages (on 1/2 turns for the approach) in regular intervals ослабьте bolts of fastening of an axis коромысел, having released the last from influence of the effort developed клапанными by springs. Turn out bolts, having remembered an initial arrangement маслоотражателя, and take axis assemblage коромысел from a head of cylinders.

4. In case of need remove from an axis components, preliminary having removed a lock ring.

5. Put removed components as their installation on an axis.


Condition check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check up working surfaces of an axis (a landing place коромысел and bearings) on presence of signs of deterioration, scratches and задиров. Worn out an axis and-or коромысла are subject replace.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Operating in an order, the return to a dismantle order, put on an axis коромысел the components removed from it (in a correct order). Fix assemblage by a lock ring, having tracked correctness of landing of the last in the flute. Make sure of rotation freedom коромысел on an axis.

2. Lower assemblage on the regular place in a head of cylinders. Track correctness of gearing of adjusting screws коромысел in end faces of bars of corresponding pushers.

3. Screw fixing bolts (do not forget to establish on the right support a plate маслоотражателя) and in stages in regular intervals tighten them with demanded effort.

4. Screw two bolts of a head of the cylinders, used for fastening of support of an axis коромысел, and tighten them in three stages.
5. Make adjustment клапанных backlashes (Routine maintenance see the Head).
6. Establish into place a cover of a head of cylinders (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of a casing of a camshaft).
