1. Result the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression. Remove the distributor with a tail (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
2. Remove the generator (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
3. Remove маслозаборник with the mesh filter and take gear wheels of the oil pump (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of components of the oil pump).
4. In avoidance проворачивания a cranked shaft in process отдавания a bolt of its pulley, include the higher transfer and ask the assistant to squeeze out against the stop a pedal of a foot brake. If the engine is removed from the car, block a flywheel according to the instructions stated in Section Replacement of epiploons of a cranked shaft.

5. Give a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft, remove a washer and a pulley.

6. Turn out all fixture (bolts and screws) covers газораспределительной chains. Lower a cover downwards and remove it from the engine. Remove also a sealing lining - at assemblage it is subject to replacement without fail.

7. By means of a screw-driver with a flat sting unbend a tag of a lock washer of a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a camshaft. In avoidance проворачивания a shaft in process отдавания a bolt fix it, having included the higher transfer and having asked the assistant to squeeze out against the stop a brake pedal. Alternatively, it is possible to take advantage of the elementary вильчатым блокиратором, made of two pieces of a metal strip and three nuts with bolts. One of bolts carries out a role of an axis of a plug of the tool, others two fasten to an asterisk.

8. Turn out a bolt of an asterisk of a camshaft,

Remove lock and тарельчатую washers (the first at assemblage is subject to replacement without fail). Remove from a camshaft pin a leading gear wheel of a drive of the distributor / the oil pump. Try to remember adjusting position of a gear wheel.

9. Before removal of a chain and asterisks try to remember a relative positioning of adjusting labels and шпонок cranked and distributive shaft.

10. Remove assemblage of a chain with asterisks from pins of cranked and distributive shaft.
11. Take from a groove in a pin of a cranked shaft segment шпонку (try to remember its adjusting position). If шпонка a camshaft it is freely planted in the groove, remove as well it. Postpone removed шпонки everyone to the asterisk.
12. Remove from a pin of a cranked shaft the adjusting washer directing the remote plug and an external persistent washer. Try to remember adjusting position of components.

1. Check up a condition of teeths of both asterisks of a chain. In case of revealing of wear tracks (сколы, the bent ends, the lost teeth, etc.), all assemblage in the complete set (the chain and both asterisks) is subject to replacement.
